(Galatasaray University, BA – University of Kent at Canterbury, LLM – University of Nottingham, PhD) is an Associate Professor at Istanbul Kültür University, Dept. of IR. He also taught at Galatasaray University (between 2012 and 2015) and Boğaziçi University (2013) as part-time lecturer. His researches and publications are focused on Turkish political life and institutions, electoral systems and party systems, democratization problems, and social democratic politics in Turkey.
